HypnoBirthing courses take place throughout the year and are structured as five weekly classes of two and a half hours with both mum and birthing companion attending. This is as recommended by The HypnoBirthing Institute. You can start at any time in your pregnancy, it is never too late; or we can arrange one to one sessions to suit and that can mean in your own home if you would like.
The following courses are planned for 2008 and take place in Upminster Essex:
Thursday 14 August 2008 for five weeks
7.00pm to 9.30pm
Wednesday 3 September 2008 for five weeks
7.00pm to 9.30pm
Wednesday 8 October 2008 for five weeks
7.00pm to 9.30pm
If you are unable to commit to a regular evening an alternative may be full days at the weekend. These courses take place throughout the year and across Havering and local areas, please ring for latest dates.

Private Classes: £325.00
